• Initially we have to check and prepare ward stock for in patients.

• Well known about Posology studies.

• Checking for any medication errors in the IP prescriptions.


• Checking the storage conditions of medicines in wards.

• Providing drug information for the medical staff in the ward.

• Co-ordination with senior pharmacist to ordering or purchasing any unavailable medicines from the other hospitals or other pharmacies.

• Reporting to the chief pharmacist about ward visits.

• Receiving and checking the returned medicines from the wards.

• Update the ward stocks every month.
